To better clarify the advantages, we studied most of the burger restaurants that have high consumption by people, and to distinguish this, we found that burgers are diverse in terms of sizes, varieties, additional appetizers, marketing method, prices, and presentation method.
We will take each one in detail:
Sizes: The sizes of burgers vary according to the machine used to manufacture the burgers. Some are large, some are medium, some are small, and some are placed in two burgers. Therefore, when opening a restaurant, we must take into consideration the diversification of burger sizes.
Varieties: There are many types of burgers and their toppings. There are two basic types of burgers: meat and chicken. Therefore, both types will be used, taking into account their toppings and seasonings.
Additional appetizers: We will add round potatoes, regular potatoes, and various potatoes that are purchased ready-made from food merchants. To take matters in more detail, the additions are very important, from salad to drinks.
Marketing method: Electronic applications such as Talabat have now become very important for registering through it and other applications that meet marketing needs. Electronic and regular marketing will be used.
Prices: The burgers will be priced based on the operating costs incurred by the project, and a price will be determined that suits the needs.
Display method: Some burgers are displayed on wood, others on decorative trays, and some use special burger cartons in a beautiful and new style.
We will also use a mobile grill. Schools sometimes ask restaurants for meals for children at a cheap price or in private. It is possible to prepare a small mobile grill for this purpose without visits or affecting the credibility of the restaurant. There will also be cooperation with companies by adding free-time grilling in the open areas they have and with savings offers in exchange for a sum of money agreed upon with the companies. And also use the mobile grill in sports cities, parks, etc.

Market entry strategy
In the first stages, we will maintain the stage of customers arriving or applying online through electronic applications, and after that, mobile grill services will be provided after a year of operation or less. Then after that, new branches will be opened in the same areas of Amman. We will take into consideration following the defense strategy and not entering into other governorates, but rather being satisfied with clients that will make a profit for us and pay the operating costs resulting from the project.
Additional notes
We will add the manufacture of burgers among the companies’ goals, with the aim of using a 3-phase industrial electric meter, not a commercial one. This would reduce electricity costs by more than 3 times the actual price.
The taste of the burger depends on the chef in the restaurant, not the feasibility study, and therefore a professional chef who is proficient in preparing burgers using new methods should be obtained.
Meat, potato, and other merchants rely on minimum quantities, thus providing additional space in the warehouse, or classifying and arranging the warehouse in a professional manner so that it accommodates all needs. The goal of this is that the more quantity we increase, the lower the price.
We will rely on purchasing an electric scooter and providing delivery services from the restaurant at low costs, taking into account the offers presented.
